How do I cancel iTunes billing for IXL?

To cancel your iTunes billing for IXL, you will need to change your subscription settings in your Apple Subscription manager. After you cancel, your membership will be active until your current billing period ends.

On your iPad or iPhone:

  1. Tap Settings on your home screen.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID. (You may be prompted to sign in to the iTunes store. Enter your password, and tap OK.)
  5. Tap Subscriptions.
  6. Tap IXL.
  7. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  8. Tap Confirm.

From iTunes on a computer:

  1. Sign in to your iTunes account.
  2. On the top menu bar, click Account.
  3. Select View My Account. (You may be prompted to sign in again. Enter your password, and click OK.)
  4. Scroll down to the Settings section.
  5. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
  6. If you have more than one subscription, click edit to the right of IXL.
  7. Click Cancel Subscription.
  8. Click Confirm.
  9. Click Done.
